The Fitzharrys School Association (FSA) is a committee of parents, carers and staff, similar to the PTA group you may have supported at your child’s primary school. The FSA is a registered charity which aims to raise money and increase funds for the provision of new school resources, and to bring together the school community help foster good relationships and have some fun! 

Fundraising 

The money raised by the FSA improves our children's educational opportunities and school experience. Fundraising allows Fitzharrys to offer the 'extras' which are so important in a school and not covered by existing funds.

Our regular fundraisers include: Giant Jumble Sales, Easter Hamper Draws, Quiz Nights, Christmas Tree Sales, Raffles, and many more! We are supported by our wonderfully generous school community who, either by joining the committee, volunteering, baking cakes, or attending events with a pocketful of pennies, help the FSA reach its fundraising goals.

How can you get involved?

All parents, carers and staff are automatically Members of the Association and there is an open invitation to attend FSA Committee meetings. Meetings are advertised by school email, in our newsletters, and on this web page (see drop down tab below). We are always very happy to welcome new faces and are very grateful for volunteers to help at events.

CHRISTMAS TREES FOR SALE!

We hold an annual Christmas Tree Sale school fundraiser, offering premium, freshly cut, Nordmann Firs, known for their fullness, fragrance, and lasting freshness. We have had excellent feedback on the quality, shape and value of our trees from our buyers and hope you will become another satisfied customer this Christmas!

FUNDRAISING FOCUS 2026-27

Every year, the Fitzharrys School Association sets an exciting new fundraising goal.

Over the past few years, your support has helped us install 15 new picnic benches, a new Main Hall projector, and vibrant Wall Art across the school: in Reception, Maths, Humanities, English, Modern Foreign Languages, and more!

This year, we are setting our sights on raising £10,000 to upgrade our indoor and outdoor sports court surfaces!

These courts are in urgent need of renewal. Upgrading them will transform PE lessons and sports clubs for our students, while creating a top-tier facility for the wider community to enjoy. Furthermore, modernised courts will help Fitzharrys attract more community hires, generating vital revenue to reinvest back into the school.

The FSA 200 Club

The FSA 200 Club is a monthly lottery draw that is run by the Fitzharrys School Association (FSA) to raise money for Fitzharrys School, particularly for larger projects which will benefit the greatest number of students.
